The current schedules and uncertainty regarding social distancing rules, crowd size and other guidelines to control the Covid-19 virus has made it necessary to cancel the 2020 Lake Chelan Boating Club Poker Run.
The run was originally scheduled for July 10-11, 2020
Apparently trying to celebrate our 13th year, tempted the fates!!
We look forward to seeing you next July with the Poker Run on the Second Saturday of July 2021.
Registration pick up on Friday July 9, and the Run on July 10.
We look forward to having a doubly good time!!!
The third annual installment of the event took place in upstate New York in 2019, in a cozy, slow-paced community known as Clayton, where the population is less than 2,000 residents. This community roars to life when the 1,000 Islands Charity Poker Run, benefitting the Make-A-Wish Foundation and River Hospital, comes to town.

- August 17, 2019 Chippewa Bay Poker Run: Paddle for a Purpose. 09:00 am - 12:00 pm. Schermerhorn Harbor 71 Schermerhorn Landing Road, Hammond, NY. Travel from island to island by kayak, canoe.
- Tampa Bay Poker Run 2019 Part 1 Join Stu Jones and the Florida Powerboat Club as they take on the 2019 Tampa Bay Poker Run. Follow along on our Friday Fun Run, and see the beautiful boats as we kick off the Poker Run on Saturday.

This 2nd Annual Event will be held — rain or shine — starting at and an exciting new location in Chippewa Bay: Schermerhorn Harbor. Poker run points will again be at various islands in Chippewa Bay. Kayaks, Canoes, Skiffs and Standup Paddle Boards Welcome!

This year, the event will be made possible through a new partnership with The Foundation for Community Betterment. Our goal is to raise awareness and funds to enhance and directly support our local area by supporting new community enhancement projects, helping organizations in need and directly impacting individuals' lives who need a little extra help during unfortunate times.
The Foundation for Community Betterment's mission is to create an immediate, positive impact on the lives of individuals or organizations who lack the means to succeed. They strive to create a social network with a social conscious, so we work to create unique opportunities for our network to have fun while giving back to their community. They raise support for recipients in a variety of ways, including: hosting events, utilizing am 'Immediate Need Fund' to provide grants when there isn't time to do an event, and by rallying teams of volunteers to share their time for a community outreach project.
